This practice is cash-pay only and does not contract with insurance companies. For patients in the state of Arizona, HSA/FSA accounts normally cover payments.
The initial session is 90 minutes and costs $345. Most follow-up sessions are 45 minutes and cost $145.
If additional time is needed, a longer follow-up session may be scheduled for $245.
Prices include not only the session but access to Dr. Willenbring between sessions through the portal for clarification questions.

Yes! Dr. Willenbring provides consulting services to individuals outside Arizona. Consultation services provide education on conditions, medications, homeopathic medicines, supplements, and lifestyle including nutrition. All education provided should be discussed and implemented under the guidance your local provider.

Follow-up appointments are typically 45 minutes, giving us the opportunity to review your progress, make thoughtful adjustments, and determine the next best steps to meet your goals.
You deserve thoughtful, individualized, and collaborative care—not a standardized protocol. We take the time to listen, understand your unique health story, and develop an approach designed specifically for you.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time more than twice, or if you have an excessive number of total cancellations or reschedules, you will be liable for the total cost of the missed session. These charges will be added to the fees for your next session.
